Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing. Packages are shipped on Monday and Wednesday evenings; orders placed later in the week may not ship until the following Monday. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers. Any additional customs fees or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Damaged or Lost Items: Report damaged items within 7 days with photos. We assist with lost package claims.
Returns
No returns policy: We do not accept returns on any purchased items. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. In the case of damaged or defective products, kindly contact us via email (services@jademonya.com) of any issues with your order.
Pre-order policy
Pre-order items may take up to one month to ship after the pre-order deadline has closed. Please review product details carefully before placing a pre-order, as processing and production timelines differ from standard orders.
Blankets are created as orders are received and may take up to one week to ship. This additional time ensures each blanket is crafted with care and quality.
